Robby was called the bar in 2008 and become a partner at Poole Althouse in 2015. He practices as a litigator, with a heavy focus in the area of criminal defence. He has represented individuals and corporations facing serious allegations including first degree murder, high-level drug trafficking and white-collar crime. He also maintains a robust civil litigation and personal injury practice. Robby has argued cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador, including being appointed amicus curiae at the Court of Appeal in Newfoundland and Labrador. He is currently an adjudicator presiding over complaints filed with the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission and is a member of the Law Society’s Criminal Bar and Bench Committee.
